While home visiting for the holiday …. I noticed my mother was engaging in her usual refusal to decorate the house. I tromped down the basement stairs and defiantly dragged up two large rubbermaid bins full of Christmas decor. I also found something else down there, a large overstuffed suit bag full of my old high school dresses. With nothing else to do but decorate I got to play dressup, something I haven’t done since I was maybe 5 years old. Here’s what happened next…

Yes, this was my senior prom dress…which I wore in a fashion-show fundraiser just prior. 10 layers of tool – 10 LAYERS I believe I danced my pants off that night and was just as happy to do it again out in the snow. Compliments to Lily for helping make the photo-shoot fantastic.
